The Place To Be!
Just as Houston Metro Intergroup serves the needs of the individual OA groups in its area, Region 3 of Overeaters Anonymous serves the needs of the Intergroups within its 7 state area of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah.
The primary purpose of Region 3 of Overeaters Anonymous is to aid those with the problem of compulsive eating through the Twelve Steps of Overeaters Anonymous, and to serve and represent the OA groups and intergroups from which Region 3 is formed.
Region 3 conducts its business at twice-yearly assemblies of representatives from its constituent Intergroups. The Assembly elects a Steering Committee to serve as executive officers. Region 3 is represented at OA World Service by an elected Trustee.
